What it means
A Store app update could not install because a part it depends on is missing or newer.
Common causes
- Missing framework packages
- A half-installed earlier update
How to fix it
- Run
wsreset.exe. - Update all apps in Store > Library > Get updates.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
