What it means
Windows found the same app version already registered, so it refused to install it twice.
Common causes
- A leftover registration from an earlier install
- The app was installed for another user on the same PC
- The Store cache is out of date
How to fix it
- Uninstall the app from Settings > Apps > Installed apps, restart and install it again.
- Check whether another account on the PC already has it installed.
- Run
wsreset, then try once more.
