What it means
The Store or an app could not confirm your license, or a privacy setting blocks it.
Common causes
- Signed in with a different Microsoft account
- Location or camera permission off for the app
How to fix it
- Sign out of the Store and back in with the account that bought the app.
- Run
wsreset.exe. - Check Settings > Privacy & security for the permission the app needs.
