What it means

A program could not load one of its libraries when it started.

Common causes

• Damaged runtimes
• Antivirus blocking a file
• Damaged program files

How to fix it

1. Restart the PC, then try again.
2. Reinstall the Visual C++ Redistributables.
3. Add the program folder as an exclusion in your antivirus and test.
4. Open Terminal (Admin) and run sfc /scannow, then DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. Restart afterwards.
