This device cannot start
What it means
Windows loaded the driver but the device would not start with it.
Common causes
- A wrong or outdated driver
- A device that needs more power (USB hubs)
How to fix it
- Update the driver from the device maker's site.
- Roll back the driver if it started after an update (Device Manager > Properties > Driver > Roll Back).
- Plug USB devices directly into the PC instead of a hub.
