What it means

The game lost contact with the graphics card: the driver crashed and reset.

Common causes

• GPU overclock or factory overclock too high
• Graphics driver problems
• Power or heat

How to fix it

1. Do a clean graphics driver install with DDU.
2. Undo any GPU overclock; try lowering the core clock by 50-100 MHz in MSI Afterburner to test.
3. Watch GPU temperature and power in HWiNFO.
4. Check the GPU power cables.
