No connection

What it means

The Epic Games Launcher could not reach Epic's servers.

Common causes

• Connection problem
• Firewall or proxy
• Epic servers down

How to fix it

1. Check status.epicgames.com.
2. Restart the router and modem: power off for 30 seconds, then on again.
3. Allow the launcher through the firewall and pause VPNs.
