The site refused to connect
What it means
The server answered, but nothing is listening on that address or a firewall rejected it.
Common causes
- The site or local server is down
- A firewall or proxy rule
- Wrong port in the address
How to fix it
- Check the address and port.
- Disconnect VPN and proxy (Settings > Network > Proxy).
- If it is your own local server, make sure it is running.
