A TLS record was corrupted
What it means
An encrypted packet arrived damaged, so the browser could not verify it and closed the connection.
Common causes

- A flaky network adapter or Wi-Fi
- Broken middlebox on the route
How to fix it
- Turn off HTTPS scanning in the antivirus and test.
- Try Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi, and update the network driver.
- Disable the VPN or proxy for the test.
- If it happens on every HTTPS site, reset the network stack with
netsh winsock reset.
