What it means
The request collided with the current state of the resource, for example two edits to the same file or a duplicate name.
Common causes
- Two people or tabs changed the same thing
- An upload with a name that already exists
- A stale form sent twice
How to fix it
- Reload the page and repeat the action once.
- Rename the file or item if the site says it already exists.
- Close other tabs editing the same document.
- If it is your site, return the current version in the response so the client can merge.
