Unsupported media type

What it means

The server does not accept the file or body format you sent, so it refused to process it.

Common causes

• Uploading the wrong file type
• A photo in a format the site does not convert
• A client sending JSON where the server expects a form

How to fix it

1. Convert the file to a type the site lists (JPG, PNG, PDF and so on).
2. Check the size and type limits on the upload page.
3. Try the site's app or another browser that sets the same type correctly.
