Memory integrity is off
Core isolation cannot be enabled
What it means
Windows cannot turn on memory integrity because an incompatible driver is installed or virtualisation is not available.
Common causes
- An old driver that is not compatible with Hypervisor-protected Code Integrity
- Virtualisation disabled in the BIOS
- Another hypervisor or anti-cheat locking the feature
How to fix it
- Open Windows Security > Device security > Core isolation details and read the list of incompatible drivers.
- Update the listed driver from its maker; remove it only if you no longer use the device.
- Enable SVM (AMD) or VT-x/IOMMU (Intel) in the BIOS and turn on the feature after a restart.
- If a game anti-cheat blocks it, the game's support page explains the current state.
