Microsoft Store opens blank

The Store opens but stays blank

What it means

The Store window appears with no content, which means the web view behind it cannot load or its cache is broken.

Common causes

• A corrupted Store cache
• A proxy or VPN blocking the Store endpoints
• An outdated WebView2 or Store app

How to fix it

1. Run wsreset.exe and wait for the Store to reopen on its own.
2. Update Microsoft Store and WebView2 in Settings > Apps > Installed apps, then restart.
3. Turn off VPN and proxy for one attempt; if the page loads, the network path is the cause.
