What it means
Part of the folder path does not exist, even if the file itself would be there.
Common causes
- A missing folder or drive letter
- A mapped network drive that is offline
- A broken shortcut
How to fix it
- Open the path in Explorer step by step to find the missing folder.
- Reconnect the network drive or use its full UNC path.
- Reinstall the app if its folder is gone.
- Check the shortcut's target under Properties.
