Pick a stick you can erase
Ventoy writes its own boot loader and partitions. Every file on the stick goes away, so transfer anything you want to keep before you start.
One stick, several ISO files, a menu at boot. Ventoy turns a normal USB drive into a bootable library without rewriting it for every new image.
Install **Ventoy** to the stick once, then copy **ISO files** onto it as normal files. The boot menu lists them all; adding an image later means copying one file.

Run Ventoy2Disk, select the correct device and choose **Install**. The tool writes a small boot partition and a large exFAT data partition.
Ventoy2Disk.exe > Device > Install
Drag the ISO files onto the data partition like any other file. Keep the folder structure flat for the default menu, or use subfolders for category grouping.
E:\n windows11.iso
ubuntu-24.04.iso
memtest86.iso
On a machine with Secure Boot the stick shows a verification screen the first time. Enrol the key from that screen with the shown password, or disable Secure Boot for the session.
Open the firmware boot menu and choose the USB entry. Ventoy lists every ISO; pick one and it boots as if it were burned to the stick.
F12 / F11 / F8 depending on the board
A newer Ventoy version installs with **Update** instead of **Install**, which keeps the partition layout and every ISO on it.
Ventoy2Disk.exe > Update
Secure Boot or the USB boot entry is disabled. Check the firmware for a USB boot option and try a rear port.
The image expects a different boot mode. Switch between UEFI and legacy in the firmware, or test the same file in a virtual machine.
The installer lacks a storage driver. Load it from the same stick; keep the driver folder next to the ISO.
The drive is write-protected or still mounted by another tool. Close disk tools and check the physical switch.
Yes. The data partition is normal exFAT storage, and the ISOs are just files on it.
Most mainstream ones do. A few expect a specific burn layout; Ventoy offers a compatibility mode for those.
Run Ventoy2Disk and choose **Install** again with the option to clear, or format the stick in Disk Management. The data on it is lost either way.
