Check the boring causes first
A clock that is minutes off breaks the certificate checks the Store relies on. Date, time zone and region are the first three values to verify.
Settings > Time & language
A Store that opens to a blank page or refuses downloads is usually a broken package registration. Two commands and one re-registration fix most cases.
Run **wsreset.exe**, then re-register the packages with **Get-AppxPackage ... | Reset-AppxPackage** or the manifest reinstall. Check the date, time and region before blaming the Store.

The reset tool clears the Store cache and restarts the app. It takes a few seconds with a black window, which looks like nothing is happening.
wsreset.exe
Newer Windows builds can repair an app package in place. That resets the app data for the Store without touching the other apps.
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore | Reset-AppxPackage
The manifest reinstall re-registers every package for the current user. It takes a minute and fixes the entries that lost their registration after an update.
Get-AppXPackage | Foreach-Object {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register ($_.InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml')}
The Store app itself can be missing from the package list. If it does not appear at all, reinstall it from the Store's own package link or a repair upgrade.
Search for a small free app and install it. A download that starts and finishes proves the pipeline; a blank page points at the network or a proxy.
A broken package. Re-register it and reboot before trying again.
Delivery Optimization or a proxy. Test the network with another app first.
The terminal is not elevated, or a policy blocks the app installer.
It was removed by a cleanup script. A repair upgrade reinstalls it.
No. It restores the registration; app data stays in place.
Not for this. The two built-in commands cover it.
Nothing to undo. The reset only rebuilds caches and registrations for the Store; installed apps and their files remain.
